In our custom-made travel plans we provide INFORMATION that gives all you need to make your trip perfect; we suggest the best time to visit a destination, convenient travel routes to and from there, best hotels and restaurants in your budget, interesting visits and sightseeings that will enrich your experience. We are NOT a RESERVATION service; you are responsible for making your own reservations.
Given the nature of our product, we regret but we cannot offer refunds. Once your travel plan is considered final, there will be NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO RESALE and no cash redemption. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
The resale or attempted resale of your travel plan or services we provide is prohibited. Your travel plan may not be used for advertising, promotion (including sweepstakes, contests and giveaways), or other trade or commercial purposes without the express written consent Smart Going LLC.
Once a travel plan is submitted to you, you have the right to make one optional change before plan is final, provided changes keep the original format of plan you purchased. For example, you must keep the same destination, trip duration and original budget of your original plan. After your requested change is made, such a plan is considered final by Smart Going LLC. NO REFUNDS will be given if you decide to cancel your trip or your travel plan.
Please note that the information provided in the travel plan we design for you is provided as a guide only, and although it is accurate and up-to-date, to the best of our knowledge, we do not warrant that such plan will be completely up-to-date at all times, or that the information provided in it will always fulfill your expectations. Smart Going LLC cannot be held responsible for the suitability of places and activities we recommend in your purchased custom-made plan.
