What we do
We design custom travel plans and itineraries around your dates, interests, tastes, budget and lifestyle, using our personal knowledge of a destination and up-to-date information from our contacts there. We don’t subcontract third parties; all we include has been personally verified and approved by us.
Our services don’t include reservations. We may assist you, but you are responsible for your bookings.
How it works
1. You tell us about your idea
Please fill in the form below telling us where and when you would like to travel to, your interests, tastes and budget.
2. We contact you
After receiving the filled form, we will contact you by email or phone to discuss your ideas and talk about details of the package you’ve selected.
3. You make a payment
Once you confirm a package you will receive an invoice and instructions on how to make a credit card payment.
4. You receive your travel plan
Upon receiving your payment, we will create a travel plan and send it to you within five business days. You may request one adjustment before the plan is final.
Choose a package that suits you
Basic Package
- $350 for a plan from 1 to 10 days
- $25 extra for each additional day
- One travel plan per party of travelers (one or more people traveling together)
- For a plan covering more than 21 days, price upon request.
What’s included
- Year round weather & average temperatures at your destination(s)
- Best ways get there by air, land or water
- Best places to stay – hotels, bed and breakfasts or rentals
- Select restaurants
- Activities/events while you’re there
- Contact of local service providers (drivers, guides, baby-sitters) if needed
- Emergency contacts (hospitals, dentists, pharmacies) if needed
- Your destination(s) in movies, books and arts
- What to read before you go
Full Package
- $450 for a plan from 1 to 10 days
- $32 extra for each additional day
- One travel plan per party of travelers (one or more people traveling together)
- For a plan covering more than 21 days, price upon request
What’s included
- All the items of the Basic Package

- Concierge service as needed, 7 days a week
– by telephone (10 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time USA)
– by email, anytime
Special Requests
If the Basic or the Full packages don’t work for you, we can create a plan that does. Please contact us.
Not included in any package:
